About us;
Chris has been local since school, beginning his career as an agent in 2001. He was swept away by the challenge, enjoying the fast pace and working with homeowners making one of the most important decisions of their lives. He has worked with homeowners and agents across the region, with experience of working in small local branches for national agencies, as well as managing London and the Southeast for one of the largest agencies in the UK. From 1 bed starter homes to 80 acre country estates, small plots of land to large sites with planning permission for multiple homes, he has sold thousands of properties over the past 22 years. As a Regional Director he found that he missed working with homeowners and has seen first hand the problems of agents trying to sell homes without the knowledge that only a long term local can offer. This is why he started Labram Holmes
Dawn has worked with several companies in her working career and enjoys delivering the key operational processes that are required for a customer-focused business. Falling into estate agency later on in her career, she fell head over heels for the world of property so is using her expertise and skill set to help our clients.
